G. Russell Weyer
 
As a former commercial and residential real estate developer in Florida, Ohio and Nevada, Mr. Weyer brings an extensive and distinct development point of view to each assignment. He has over 20 years of real estate development experience with large corporations and family‐owned companies that focused on commercial office, retail, industrial, hospitality, amenity, and residential development.  And 10 years of fiscal, financial and economic consulting experience for businesses and governments.
 
He has successfully utilized his skills in economics, forecasting, community development district financing and management, and fiscal and financial analysis for his clients. Mr. Weyer has on‐point senior management experience with the entire development process from acquisition identification, due diligence, purchase negotiations, financing, planning and securing entitlements, horizontal and vertical construction, sales (leasing) and marketing, to property management, condominium turnover and disposition. He also has experience in working with governmental entities on budgeting, financing and identifying and implementing economic development programs.
 
Mr. Weyer is a full member of the Urban Land Institute and the past chairman of ULI’s Southwest Florida District Council. He has also made many economic speeches across the state along with guest lecturing at Florida Gulf Coast University.
 
He holds an MBA from the University of Miami, FL and a BA from Michigan State University.
